Nora Wong is currently Senior Vice President of Licensing and Brand Partnerships at Seltzer Licensing Group. She was formerly VP of Domestic Licensing at American Greetings Entertainment where she led and executed licensing strategies, brand partnerships including retail development for AGE’s evergreen brands such as Care Bears.
She was also a former licensing executive at FremantleMedia overseeing softlines for iconic television shows such as American Idol, Price is Right, Family Feud, Baywatch, American Inventor including the launch of The American Idol Experience, a theme park attraction at DisneyWorld Orlando. Wong has secured licensing partnerships for prime-time television shows such as The Biggest Loser, MasterChef.
Nora has been in media for over 20 years drawing upon her background in publishing as Articles Editor for the now-defunct renowned fashion celebrity magazine Detour in Hollywood. With a focus on emerging youth culture, Nora was a trend writer for WWD MAGIC, Calabasas Magazine and a former graphic novel editor. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from University of Southern California and is based in Los Angeles.
